FAQ'S

Lean methods focus on streamlining processes, removing wasteful practices, and increasing process efficiency. Lean creates systems that produce results very quickly and at a low cost per unit.

Six Sigma methods focus on reducing the variation in process results, and centering the process on a specific performance level. Six Sigma creates high quality, defect-free products and services.

Combined, Lean and Six Sigma represent a powerful and comprehensive set of organizational and process improvement tools

Yellow Belt is an introduction to the foundational concepts of Lean Six Sigma and provides a series of tools used to make process improvements. The online course features videos, activities and discussion posts followed by a final exam. The hybrid course also includes a 3-hour, virtual, live training to practice using the tools.

Green Belt is an extensive training in Lean and Six Sigma methodology. The online course consists of 10 weeks of instructions with videos, quizzes, online discussions and a final exam.
