Arizona State University is taking another step to tailor engineering education to meet the needs of industry and working professionals

This semester ASU’s Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering has launched a distance-learning program in collaboration with Intel Corp. that offers company employees in Vietnam an opportunity to earn advanced engineering degrees.

Arizona State University, with faculty in Industrial Engineering and the Interdisciplinary Committee on Statistics, offers an online Six Sigma Black Belt certification program. This program allows professionals to pursue training in six sigma black belt techniques and implementation to obtain professional certification.

The Solar Energy Engineering & Commercialization certification program offers interdisciplinary training in solar energy to professionals looking to pursue or advance careers in solar energy. The solar industry is poised for unprecedented growth and needs leaders who understand both the most current technical and business topics in the field, in order to transform the solar industry.
